Starting my Club Management career with little more than an interest in golf I have sought education and experiences in both the proprietary and private member clubs to obtain the skills and knowledge to support me in managing one of the most prestigious golf Clubs in the world.    My aim as Chairman of the region is to support the learning and development of all forms of people involved in our industry.  I believe in the CMAE education pathway and support its development throughout the years.  I cannot think of a better way for aspiring Club Managers to continue their professional development.
